T'Shaka Lee

T'Shaka Lee has almost 25 years of public accounting experience and has spent the majority of his career serving global clients in technology, manufacturing, and consumer business, including numerous large, complex multinational organizations. T'Shaka spent 5 years as transformation leader, where he has been responsible for technology development, and has led several award winning product releases. His expertise includes international accounting, operations and compliance, finance transformation, digital transformation, internal control systems, diversified industries, mergers and acquisitions, SEC and foreign filer compliance, filings and reporting issues. T'Shaka is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of both California and New York Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is an exam writer and panelist for the US National CPA Exam. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Pace University, New York and graduated with high honors in 2000. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting, Pace University, New York, 2000. He is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in California, Florida, and New York. T'Shaka serves on the boards of the Posse Foundation and the Sports Resource Program T'Shaka is the past president and a director of the Southern California Cricket Association. T'Shaka also supports a number of global and local charitable foundations.
