Travis Gianchetta is a Partner with Beekeeper Group. Travis is an experienced communications and advocacy professional, skilled at implementing traditional grassroots strategies and advancing innovative campaigns for clients. His unique mix of technical acumen and political know-how allow him to create winning strategies for Beekeeper clients.
Prior to joining Beekeeper, Travis served as Vice President of Advocacy for Hynes Communications, a social media public relations firm. At Hynes he helped corporate, association, and non-profit clients develop multi-channel communications strategies to reach targeted audiences of consumers, members, and/or advocates.
Before joining Hynes, Travis broke new ground by combining the latest grassroots technologies, with targeted, growth-oriented communications strategies at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the American Medical Association — two of the most powerful associations in Washington. He understands the power of the Internet and social media, and how to integrate new tools and emerging technologies into well established traditional grassroots programs. Whether a campaign needs traditional grassroots organizing, online outreach, or both, Travis is an expert in finding like-minded advocates to advance an advocacy agenda and build sustainable armies of issue-specific champions.
Travis began his career in advocacy and politics in Washington working for Congressman Rick Hill (R-MT). He resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife Megan and four sons. Travis has a degree in Political Science from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania and currently serves on the Public Affairs Council’s Board of Directors.
