Her distinguished career has focused on global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic management, fostering inclusive culture for federal state and local government, higher education, associations and enterprises globally. Tracey's innovative methods, leadership and impact in DEIA are nationally recognized, and include board service to business organizations including the AGA where she chairs the DEIA Council, as a SME for the AICPA and its National Commission on Diversity and Inclusion, CAQ Bold Ambition Task Force, NABA advisory board, ALPFA, Ascend, public and private sector clients and several business schools and institutes.

She is a registered corporate representative before state legislatures, federal agencies, and Congressional lawmaking officials.
