Tracey Walker is a nationally recognized thought leader at the intersection of organizational behavior, inclusive leadership, and performance-driven culture. In her Washington-based Public Sector practice role at A&M, she helps public sector and government organizations unlock the full potential of their people through innovative experience solutions rooted in trust, inclusion, and high performance. Named to AICPA's Most Powerful Women in Accounting, Tracey has also played a pivotal role in shaping industry-wide perspectives on inclusive leadership and performance, particularly through her longstanding partnership with the AICPA. For over a decade, she has led influential workshops and programs at AICPA annual conferences, the National Commission, the Women’s Global Leadership Summit, and in the design of corporate inclusion programs for AICPA member services.

Her career includes over 20 years of experience spanning public accounting, federal finance, and strategic advisory, Tracey has led transformational efforts across federal, state, and local government, higher education, associations, and global enterprises. She is a Harvard Business School-certified expert in Organizational Behavior and Management, a Cornell-Certified Diversity Advanced Practitioner and the architect of the signature B.I.G. Strategy—Business-Aligned, Inclusion for All, Growth-Enabled—a framework that has become foundational for organizations seeking to drive sustainable business outcomes through people-first strategies.

Prior to A&M, as a partner/principal and Executive Leadership Team member at a top-five global public accounting firm, Tracey held national leadership roles focused on culture, C-Suite advisory, and strategic people solutions both domestically and globally during her 19-year tenure there. Her early work as a Federal Financial Services Sector Leader addressed complex challenges in lending, compliance, financial management, and technology for federal agencies. Her career began as a corporate representative before the Illinois and New York legislatures, specializing in Intellectual Property, Franchise Law, and Education policy, and as a registered corporate representative and coalition leader before state legislatures, federal agencies, and congressional policymakers.
