Tom Clark

Tom Clark has over 27 years of experience in the professional insurance brokerage and underwriting community, with expertise ranging from the Fortune 1000 client base, to the nation’s largest financial institutions, private equity funds and their investee companies, hedge funds, and professional service firms. Tom joined Arthur J. Gallagher & Co in January of 2012 and currently serves as Practice Leader of the Northeast Region Management Liability Practice Group. Prior to joining AJG Tom was Managing Director at Krauter & Company where he was a founding member of their Financial and Management Liability team. Previously Tom was a senior member of Marsh’s FINPRO / PEMA group for 8 years which he joined after having spent 10 years with AON Financial Services Group where he began his career. The PEMA team was instrumental in the origination, development and design of Transactional Risk coverages inclusive of Rep & Warranty, Tax Liability and Contingent Liability coverages. As the North East practice group leader he is responsible for production efforts with network offices, and the design and implementation of professional liability, directors & officers liability, transactional risk insurance products and ancillary professional management liability coverage. He is a graduate of Fordham University, majoring in Economics, and has both a New York and Connecticut broker’s license.
