Experience Todd has significant experience serving large multinational corporations worldwide in a variety of industries. He specializes in international taxation, with a focus on global tax optimization, financial products and instruments, international mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, tax treaties, foreign tax credit planning and other areas of U.S. corporate and international taxation. Todd has served in numerous leadership roles at Deloitte, including regional International Tax/Transfer Pricing Partner-in-Charge, Global Tax Consumer Business Leader, and is the current U.S. content leader of Deloitte's BEPS team. Todd serves as lead tax partner on some of Deloitte Tax's most significant clients. He is considered a firm subject matter expert with regards to supply chain, intellectual property and foreign tax credit planning. Prior to joining Deloitte & Touche in 2000, Todd worked in the area of international and corporate tax in the Washington, D.C. office of Dewey Ballantine and served as a law clerk in the chambers of Judge Ed Becker of the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He was awarded the May 1991 Alexander E. Loeb Gold Metal award for the high score in Pennsylvania on the CPA exam and the Elijah Watt Sells Award for one of the top scores in the U.S. Education Georgetown University Law Center, LL.M., highest distinction University of Pennsylvania Law School, J.D., summa cum laude Penn State University, B.S., Accounting, highest distinction.
