Tina Computzzi brings valuable absence management consulting experience to HUB International, currently serving as Assistant Vice President on the Workforce Productivity team. In her career, Ms. Computzzi has held various positions within the Absence Management profession, including 8+ years with a top Employee Benefits carrier, with roles in Short Term Disability case management, and most recently Absence Management and Life Consultant. Tina has experience in disability and absence coordination, and utilizes her case management knowledge to act as an advocate to employers and employees. Tina specializes in client policy and plan design for Short Term Disability and Company Leaves, and is a key resource in the outsourcing and implementation process of leave management programs within organizations. She develops comprehensive strategies to reduce lost time and increase productivity by assessing absence programs, process, culture and employee benefit data trends.
