Timothy Wigley
President, Western Energy Alliance
Tim comes to Western Energy Alliance from PAC/WEST, where he managed the firm’s Washington, D.C. operations. He has extensive experience in educating policymakers on energy, forest management, mining, and manufacturing issues. From 1998-2002, Tim served as the president of the Oregon Forest Industries Council, an organization dedicated to protecting and promoting the interests of industrial forestland owners.
Western Energy Alliance, founded in 1974 as the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States, is a non-profit trade association representing more than 400 companies engaged in all aspects of environmentally responsible exploration and production of oil and natural gas in the West.
