Timothy G. Sansone

Timothy G. Sansone is a Principal at Sansone Group along with his father, Anthony Sansone, Sr., and brothers, Jim, Doug and Nick. Founded in 1957 Sansone Group is a nationally recognized St. Louis based commercial real estate firm that specializes in property management, brokerage, development and redevelopment of retail, industrial, office and residential properties. Tim is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri, Texas, Illinois and Arkansas. He is a member of the Building Owners Management Association (BOMA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the Board of Directors of the St. Louis Regional Commerce and Growth Association (RCGA). Tim oversees all finance and accounting functions at Sansone Group and its affiliates. Tim is also responsible for residential property management and office/industrial brokerage divisions of Sansone Group. Tim received his B.S.B.A. degree from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in 1988 and received his Masters of Finance Degree from Saint Louis University in 1992. Tim is a member of the Midwest Real Estate News Advisory Board, member of the Board of Directors of First Bank, member of the Board of Directors and Past President of Kids Under Twenty-one. He is a member of the Immacolata Catholic Church where he has served as Chairman of the Forward in Faith Capital Campaign which raised over $4 million for church and parish improvements. Tim also served on the Fundraising Committee for Forest Park Forever as well as the Annual Catholic Appeal Fundraiser for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
