As a Clayton & McKervey, P.C. shareholder of international assurance services, Tims primary focus is on providing clients with a full range of assurance services. He and his team are responsible for conducting diversified audit, review, and agreed upon procedure engagements, including, but not limited to, audits of Mexican, Latin American, European, and Asian Pacific owned subsidiaries located in the US. Beyond audit and review services, Tims clients may also look to him for other services, such as assistance in merger due diligence, reviews of internal controls, or performance reporting. When asked about auditing and client service, Tim commented, I enjoy working hands-on with our team of auditors, especially when we can develop and present the client with key recommendations we believe will increase the effectiveness and profitability of an organization. Tims auditing and accounting experience covers various industries and different countries. Before joining Clayton & McKervey, P.C., Tim worked in private industry and public accounting, including six years at Deloitte.
