Thomas Wrocklage JD, LL.M.

Tom concentrates on addressing state and local tax planning, compliance, research and audit issues. He also addresses specialized areas including unclaimed property, financial services, sales & use taxes, bank taxes and property taxes.

Tom is licensed to practice law in New York and has completed a Masters of Laws in Taxation at New York University School of Law. He has experience in a number of industries including financial institutions, manufacturing and distribution, and food and commodities. Tom has advised various holders, including Fortune 500 companies, on unclaimed property matters. He has represented companies in connection with unclaimed property audits, sales and use tax audits, and voluntary disclosure agreements in a number of states.
