Tom Nickoloff is an energy industry and life science leader and investor committed to civic involvement. He is Co-Founder and Managing Director of BlueStone Venture Partners, LLC, a venture fund investing in life sciences technology companies in the US. He is also the founder of TRNCO Petroleum Corporation, a Geophysical Project Management company, based in Midland, Texas where Mr. Nickoloff serves as President and Chief Geophysicist. He is also founder of Camino Real Capital Partners, LLC, a successful private family office investment firm headquartered in Santa Fe, New Mexico, focused on investments involving energy, health innovation, advanced materials, and applied technologies.

Mr. Nickoloff sits on the Board of Directors of Autonomic Materials, Inc, the leading provider of sustainable self-healing coatings and adhesive products, based in Champaign, IL; Mined Therapeutics, Inc, a pioneer in developing new long non-coding RNA therapeutic products and solutions, with offices in Rio Rancho, NM and Boston, MA; and Natures Toolbox, Inc, a drug discovery company that has developed revolutionary and disruptive platform technologies focused on in vitro manufacturing of proteins, biologics and mRNA and related products. Mr. Nickoloff also holds a Board of Directors observation position at Elucid Bioimaging Inc, developer and manufacturer of best-in-class, non-invasive fractional flow reserve and high-risk arterial plague diagnostic tools from CT scans, based in Boston, MA.

Mr. Nickoloff is credited in industry journals, and has received awards for, developing, testing and implementing many new seismic data acquisition methodologies and processing techniques and is widely regarded in the industry as one of the early adopters and innovators of the 3D seismic industry. He is a proven technology innovator, successfully recognizing and developing emerging technologies, and has expertise building and managing successful business ventures.

Mr. Nickoloff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geophysical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and has served in both elected and appointed public office, and on the Board of Directors of numerous non-profit organizations. He is Trustee of the Nickoloff Family Foundation based in Santa Fe, NM.
