Thomas Mitchell Hudson

Thomas is a manager supporting Forvis Mazars’ Forensics and Valuation practice in the areas of valuations, litigation support, and forensic engagements.

Thomas is a certified public accountant licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Maryland. Thomas has extensive tax experience involving corporate, trust, and estate taxation. Thomas’ tax experience has provided a strong foundation which he utilizes to thoughtfully apply business valuation methods and techniques. Thomas has years of experience advising companies and their executives which enables him to assess company performance. Further, Thomas has gained valuable experience in the federal sector after serving in various accounting roles within the Department of Defense. Thomas is also certified as a Personal Financial Specialist and Accredited in Business Valuation through the AICPA and is a Certified Valuation Analyst as administered by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

At Forvis Mazars, Thomas assists businesses and individuals with valuation services in the areas of trusts and estates, litigation and shareholder disputes, bankruptcy, distressed entities, transaction consulting, and other tax matters.
