Thomas Arquilla MBA, JD

Thomas Arquilla, MBA, JD, serves as the President and CEO of Mercy Medical Partners which is part of Mercy, a seven hospital health system headquartered in Toledo, Ohio. Mercy is the largest region of its parent company Catholic Health Partners of Cincinnati, Ohio. Tom joined Mercy in the spring of 2011 as the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy and was promoted to his current position in March of 2013. He will continue in his role of driving system growth and building physician networks with responsibility for business development and strategy.
Tom has more than 30 years of healthcare experience. Prior to joining Mercy, he served as vice president of physician support services at Premier Health Partners in Dayton, Ohio, a four-hospital system with an 800-bed teaching hospital and 14,000 employees. During his tenure, he was responsible for strategic planning, physician alignment strategies, managing a network of 225 physicians and developing joint ventures with physicians and other partners.
