Teresa has over 20 years of benefits experience in roles ranging from benefits administration to benefits compliance and regulatory reporting. She is responsible for management and oversight of the annual external audits for Shell Oil Company's qualified plans in the U.S. and has served as a subject matter expert in several internal audits. Teresa holds a BBA in Management and Certificate in Accountancy from the University of Houston.
