Terry Cuff is a partnership and real estate tax attorney. He was admitted to the California bar in 1977. He is of counsel to Loeb & Loeb in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Cuff has lectured and written extensively on issues of partnership and real estate taxation, particularly issues involved in drafting real estate partnership and LLC agreements. Mr. Cuff also lectures and writes on the advanced use of Excel for finance and tax planning. Mr. Cuff previously was a Marine Corps engineering and guided-missile officer, where he specialized in combat engineering and the use of HAWK guided missiles for air defense against hostile targets. Mr. Cuff also is active as an amateur photographer and as an energetic if erratic tennis player. Mr. Cuff devotes much of his spare time to researching the military and naval history of the American Revolution.
