Stuart is a Detective with Henrico County Police who is currently assigned to the FBI Richmond Cyber Task Force. As a member of the Task Force, Stuart is responsible for the investigation of cyber-crime matters, including: computer intrusions, intellectual property rights infringements, theft of trade secrets, wire fraud, and the use of computer networks to facilitate such schemes.
