Mr. Rogers is President and CEO of Digital Evidence International Incorporated (DEI), providing quick and efficient investigative services to clients globally. DEI conducts forensic computer and internet investigations, and electronic discovery services. As a value added service, DEI has developed a database, Occurrence and Serious Crime Investigation Database (OSCID), for use by government agencies, police services, corporate and private investigators. OSCID manages one's entire investigative infrastructure from case creation to disclosure; including management of tasks, exhibits, sources, link analysis, and more, all easily accessed from your desk top to mobile device. Mr. Rogers’ experience includes 24 years with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) investigating criminal code offences, including murder and high profile fraud cases. Mr. Rogers was previously in charge of the RCMP Technological Crime Unit in Ontario, Canada where he managed and supervised the analysis of hundreds of digital forensic examinations in criminal investigations. After retirement from policing, Mr. Rogers became involved in the execution of many civil search warrants, regulatory matters and criminal investigations including theft of intellectual property, bankruptcy and insolvency, mergers and acquisitions, trademark and copyright investigations, counterfeit, murder and fraud. As a result, Mr. Rogers has written numerous affidavits, search warrants, expert reports and declarations. He is respected by the legal community and provides court appointed forensic expert evidence in criminal prosecutions and civil litigation. Mr. Rogers resides in London, Ontario Canada with his wife and two teen-aged daughters. He enjoys traveling with his family, inline skating, cycling, and flying his twin engine airplane.
