Steven R. Flynn CPA (Canada)

Steven concentrates in the area of Canadian and US cross-border tax. His practice includes US and Canadian income tax planning and compliance for both individuals and businesses. He provides income tax advice on US investment and operations in Canada, Canadian investment and operations in the US, investment in US and Canadian real property, employee or individual emigration and/or temporary relocation and the Canada-US Income Tax Treaty. He also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and Canada Revenue Agency. Steven has taught Part I of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax Program and has presented cross-border income tax topics before the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC and various other groups. Steven also wrote an article for Beyond Numbers in January 2007 entitled “Tax Traps & Tips: US Tax Issues for Canadians.
