Sheri Wyatt CPA

Sheri Wyatt is a Partner in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Deals business based in our Chicago, IL office. She provides accounting advisory services to clients to help them understand the accounting and financial reporting consequences of complex and sophisticated financial structures employed in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financing transactions. Sheri specializes in a variety of complex technical areas of accounting, including leasing, consolidation, business combinations, joint ventures, alliances and other off-balance sheet arrangements, securitizations and revenue recognition. She is viewed as one of the Firm’s subject matter specialists in leasing and consolidation matters.

Sheri was a Practice Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) from July 2006 to August 2008. During her time at the FASB, she either managed or actively participated in projects covering a variety of topics such as real estate, consolidation of variable interest entities, intangible assets, earnings per share, offsetting, and fair value measurements.

Sheri received her BS from Babson College and is a licensed CPA in the states of New York, Massachusetts and Illinois.
