Shaun leads Manulife’s Finance Transformation initiatives in Asia, and has 27 years of experience in leading large, complex transformational initiatives. He has developed and executed business strategies for financial institutions, in both Asia and Europe. Shaun previously planned and established a Shared Services/Center of Excellence for AIA, and an operations and technology Center of Excellence in Singapore for Barclays Bank Plc. He has previously also served in front-office capacities with Barclays Bank Plc, GE Capital and AT Kearney in China, UK, Europe and the USA.
Shaun graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a degree in Accounting & Information Systems, and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
