Sharon Schuler

Sharon Schuler is Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. She joined BJ's Wholesale Club in 2021. As a member of executive leadership team, she is responsible for the company's short and long-term financial outlook. She is leading several cross functional initiatives that are driving market share and maximizing profitability to achieve bottom line results.

Previously, she spent five years at Bob's Discount Furniture as part of the executive leadership team in various capacities. In her last role, she was responsible for strategy and operations.

With a broad background in financial leadership roles in multiple industries, Sharon began her retail career at The TJX Companies and went onto roles at Clarks America and Caleres.

Sharon holds a Master's in Integrated Management and a Bachelor's in Economics from Michigan State University. In her spare time, she chairs a local non-profit Music Association and is a baseball umpire.
