Shannon M. Vivar CPA, CGMA

As assistant controller for Koch Industries, Shannon Vivar reports consolidated management and U.S. GAAP financial information, supports mergers and acquisitions and promotes accounting and reporting compliance and best practices across the organization. Prior to joining Koch, Shannon held various financial reporting, accounting and audit roles within Toys “R” Us, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. She served five years in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Shannon graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a CGMA designation. Shannon will become a member of the board of directors for the Kansas Society of CPAs in October 2015.
