Mr. Putnam has over thirty years of finance experience including roles as Chief Audit Executive, Division Controller, Director of Compliance, Program Manager and various finance and accounting positions at multinational companies including Halliburton, Morton-Thiokol, Cordant Technologies, Textron, JohnsonDiversey, Diversey and Sealed Air Corporation. In addition to overseeing the Financial, Operational, Information Technology, and Business Advisory Services audit disciplines at Sealed Air, he leads the company’s Global Finance Development and Engagement initiative. Mr. Putnam is a Certified Public Accountant licensed and registered in the states of Utah and Illinois. He has also earned designations as a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Global Management Accountant, and Certified Risk Management Assurance; and is certified in Inventory & Production Management. He is a member of the AICPA, IIA and ACFE. Following an extensive two-year program at Textron, Inc., Mr. Putnam earned a Six Sigma Black Belt with emphasis in the DMAIC methodology. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Weber State University; and a MPA from Brigham Young University. Mr. Putnam is a noted speaker on occupational fraud, fraud prevention and business ethics. He has been with Sealed Air for 5 years and is based in Charlotte, NC.
