Sarah Bogni is an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee. She serves in the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Unit where she investigates and prosecutes violations of the False Claims Act. Prior to serving in the government, Ms. Bogni was in private practice, where she defended healthcare companies under investigation by the government, including hospitals, managed care plans, nursing homes providers, and behavioral health providers. She also defended individuals prosecuted under criminal healthcare fraud statutes.
