Mr. Sandip Khetan

Sandip is an Indian Chartered Accountant, US Certified Public Accountant, Company Secretary, and an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad with over 25 years of experience in the consulting and assurance industry serving clients in the US, India, the Middle East and the UK. He has deep experience in the area of US listings and has assisted several large Indian companies in complying with US listing regulations as they raised capital from the US markets. He is known as a problem solver, thought leader, and advisor to companies on IPOs, transactions, divestitures, complex accounting, and regulatory matters. Before his consulting industry stint, Sandip worked with HCL Technologies, a large technology company where he led the overall US GAAP reporting unit. He was a founding member of the Accounting Advisory Practice at KPMG. During his stint at EY, he led the Finance Accounting Advisory Services practice and was part of the Assurance leadership team. He enhanced the digital capabilities at EY by building technology to automate the reporting in the finance function – this technology is now deployed for clients across different sectors in India and internationally. Over and above his professional journey, Sandip likes to mentor startups and is also an active investor in the ecosystem. Sandip has a keen interest in badminton and has played at the national level.
