Ryo Zsun joined Zappos Inc. in 2012 where his journey started as a barista. After a year of wowing Zapponians with creative specialty beverages, his passion for customer service then moved him into the Zappos Customers Loyalty Team delivering happiness on the phones to our customers.

With his love of connecting with people and his continuous pursuit of growth, learning, and development, Ryo soon joined our amazing team of culture guides hosting tours of our Zappos Campus HQ to guests who visit from all over the world, sharing our history, customer service, employee engagement, hiring process, and the company culture.

Ryo has recently traveled to Jamaica to share Zappos Company Culture & Customer Service, hosts private Q&A sessions on campus and continues sharing his passion for culture through public speaking venues here in Las Vegas.
