Russ Molinar

Russ Molinar has been active in marketing, sales and management consulting for over 28 years, including over 22 years within the professional services firm environment. He has spent 15 years with Big Four accounting and consulting firm Ernst & Young, serving in a variety of area, national and global roles in marketing and sales. Currently he is a Director within the firm’s Global Markets organization, leading go-to-market strategy and deployment efforts for select service lines and sectors.

He previously served as the Director of Marketing & Practice Development for Plante & Moran PLLC, a super-regional firm, and one of the 12 largest accounting and consulting firms in the U.S. He also served as the National Sales Manager for PDI Global, Inc., providing consulting services and training to professional service firms, and as the first Marketing Manager for Skoda, Minotti & Company, a local accounting and consulting firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to working in professional services, he worked as the Director of the Small Business Development Center for the nation’s largest local small business organization and as a quality circle facilitator and organizational development consultant for a large public university.
