Roy is a Principal in EY’s Financial Services Advisory practice and has more than 15 years’ experience across banking and capital markets. Roy leads the Treasury & Liquidity practice and is responsible for a range of services including, funding and liquidity, intraday liquidity, recovery and resolution planning, asset liability management, funds transfer pricing, and investment management. He has assisted a number of G-SIB’s on LCR and NSFR compliance, ICAAP and ILAAP submission, and financial modeling for resolution planning.

Roy leads the Capital Markets practice in the U.S. and is responsible for EY’s advisory services to buy-side, sell-side, and financial market utilities (FMU’s) related to front-to-back operations. In his role he is responsible for a range of service offerings including, client onboarding, OTC derivatives and margin, collateral management, payment, clearing and settlement, prime services, cost optimization, Data Robotics, and T+2 Settlement. Roy is responsible for developing EY’s FinTech offerings in the Capital Markets domain and leads the Global IBOR service offering and is a member of the Alternate Reference Rate Committee (ARRC) Committee which is tasked with the transition from LIBOR to SOFR.

Roy has extensive experience in leading global transformation opportunities of budgets exceeding more than $100m across New York, London, Singapore and Hong Kong. He has published a number of articles on Treasury Operating Model, Integrated Balance Sheet Management, and Liquidity. Prior to joining EY, Roy was a consultant with Accenture in the Financial Services group. He has an MBA (Finance) from Melbourne Business School and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA).
