Robin Roark MD

Robin Roark, M.D., is a Partner in McKinsey’s Miami office who focuses on clinical efficiency and quality programs, pharmacy excellence, capability building, and transformational change programs in payors and providers. Robin works with health systems in the USA and Latin America to develop and implement clinical programs to improve quality of care, improve the efficiency of care delivery, and reduce the cost of care. Robin leads McKinsey’s Clinical Operations service line and is a member of the Health Systems and Services practice. Robin received his M.D., M.B.A., and B.A. degrees from Duke University.
