Robin Pilcher is a Director with Postlethwaite & Netterville, APAC. Robin provides a wide variety of consulting services for clients, including litigation support and settlement administration, information technology, and project management. He advises clients in areas of application of accounting principles, internal control strengths and weaknesses, business processes and improving operating efficiency.

Robin is one of the key team leaders responsible for P&Ns role in the Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damages Settlement. His responsibilities include providing operational oversight, monitoring quality, managing and deploying resources, helping to ensure that the scope of the engagement is fulfilled, and working directly with claims administration in the process of economic loss claims. He provides high level quality control and quality assurance, including the development and implementation of quality measures over policies, procedures, and processes.

With a background in systems controls, Robin offers a unique perspective to litigation engagements and the claims administration process. This includes identifying process strengths and weaknesses and areas to improve operating efficiency, researching and implementing the latest technology, applying processes to help ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and consistent, and supervising the training of staff on procedures and applications. Additionally, Robin has direct experience in developing custom claims administration software to assist in managing the entire process, from intake to payment distribution and final reporting. He has also provided testimony in court hearings regarding settlement fund administration.
