B.A. and law degrees from the University of Florida. I joined the FBI in 1990 and was assigned to the Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. I was initially assigned to white collar crime and violent crime investigations. In 1993, I was assigned to national security investigations, including Counterintelligence, Counterterrorism and Domestic Terrorism. From 2003 to 2005, I served as a Supervisory Instructor for Counterintelligence at the FBI Academy, Quantico Virginia. I returned to the New Orleans Field Office in 2006 and served as a Counterintelligence squad agent until 2012. During that period, I served as a case agent for the investigation and successful prosecution of two New Orleans residents for committing espionage of behalf of the People's Republic of China. Since February of 2012, I have been the Counterintelligence Squad Supervisor and Program Coordinator, responsible for overseeing all Counterintelligence investigations in Louisiana.
