Robert Blumberg represents and advises employers in a wide variety of labor, employment and business law matters, including litigation in wrongful discharge, discrimination, background checks, harassment suits, trade secrets and unfair competition, and wage and hour class actions.
A substantial portion of Roberts practice includes providing advice and counseling to employers facing day-to-day issues of employee relations, discipline and wage and hour questions. He helps employers manage potential litigation risks while still permitting executives to focus on managing their business.
In addition to his active litigation practice, Robert is the Managing Shareholder of Littler's Los Angeles office and since 2007 his responsibilities include helping Littlernow the largest employment law practice in Southern California, the United States and globallyprovide the best possible representation for employers.
