Richard Nadeau

Rick Nadeau is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of MAXIMUS, Inc. (NYSE:MMS) and joined the company in 2014 with nearly 40 years of experience in financial operations and government contracting. Mr. Nadeau is responsible for leading the Company’s finance organization, which includes corporate controllership, treasury, tax, finance operations, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and strategic planning and analysis functions. Prior to MAXIMUS, Mr. Nadeau spent a decade as Chief Financial Officer for three NYSE-listed companies including Chief Financial Officer for SRA International, Inc. He has experiences across many industries and sectors (Government Contracting, Public Accounting, Health Care, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Real Estate and Hospitality). Prior to his Chief Financial Officer roles, Mr. Nadeau spent more than 30 years in public accounting and was a partner at Arthur Andersen followed by KPMG where he was the lead engagement and audit partner for several large government contractors and commercial firms. Mr. Nadeau holds a B.S. in commerce and an M.S. in accounting from the University of Virginia.
