Richard P. Jaffe is President of The Jaffe Corporation, a real estate development and management company headquartered in Ormond Beach, Florida. His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from Tufts University, a Masters degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Columbia University Graduate School Of Business and a Doctorate In Law (J.D.) from the Boston University School Of Law. Before starting The Jaffe Corporation, Mr. Jaffe had been the managing partner of a Boston, Massachusetts law firm where he personally specialized in the legal aspects of commercial real estate planning and development. Winner of many design awards, Jaffe Corporate projects proudly feature a broad range of tenants including Publix Supermarkets, Beall’s Department Stores, Walgreens, CVS, Bank Of America, SunTrust Bank, Ann Taylor, Talbots, Chico’s, JoS A Bank Clothiers, Ross Dress For Less, Humana, AvMed, Outback Steakhouse, The Olive Garden, Panera Bread, Bonefish Grill, Wendy’s, Denny’s and many more. Mr. Jaffe has been a member of the International Council Of Shopping Centers since 1979 and has been a lecturer and moderator at many shopping center conventions, courses and seminars. He is proud to have served the community as an officer and board member of a broad range of banking, civic and charitable activities.
