Mr. Chisholm has practiced taxation for over 30 years as a former Internal Revenue Agent, CPA and tax attorney. Mr. Chisholm represents individuals regarding sophisticated estate planning and asset protection strategies; provides businesses and individuals with advice on legal, financial, business and tax issues; and represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in matters involving trust and estate administration. He also represents individuals and businesses in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, state tax authorities, and before the United States Tax Court. 

 A frequent public speaker, Mr. Chisholm is also a former adjunct professor at The Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America where he taught courses in estate and gift taxation and estate planning.
