Mr. Zayas has over 40 years of unique experience including eleven years as a U.S. Special Agent conducting investigations into criminal violations of the U.S. tax and labor laws. He has provided forensic accounting and litigation support services to attorneys, insurance companies, corporate and governmental units in civil and criminal litigation matters. His litigation experience includes internal corporate investigations, employee dishonesty investigations, shareholder disputes, business loss claims, murder, income tax fraud, money laundering and other financial frauds.
