Rebecca Hixen CAE

Becky Hixen is the Director of Student & Young Professional Initiatives for The Ohio Society of CPAs. In her role, she is responsible for all student outreach initiatives focused on ensuring a vibrant and diverse future for the CPA profession. In addition, she oversees OSCPA's Women's Initiatives program, facilitating opportunities for women to build their personal and professional networks.

Becky started her career with The Ohio Society of CPAs in 2006 and has had responsibility for a variety of initiatives including young professional engagement, program facilitation and committee management. She has also been involved with numerous community organizations including Girls on the Run of Central Ohio, YWCA Columbus, Nationwide Children's Women's Board and WELD - Ohio.

In her spare time, Becky enjoys running and spending time with her husband and three young children.
