Randy Williamson

Randy Williamson is a Managing Director with Eastdil Secured / Wells Fargo Securities Real Estate Investment Banking Group. In this role, Mr. Williamson has successfully completed over $20 billion of strategic transactions for both public REITs and private operating companies constituting M&A advisory assignments, asset and portfolio sales, and joint ventures. In addition, Mr. Williamson has helped raise over $40 billion in equity, debt and preferred capital for both public REITs and private real estate operating companies. Prior to joining the group, Mr. Williamson was a Manager in the Real Estate and Financial Services Group at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Williamson received his MBA from the University of North Carolina and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
