Randy is a tax and estate planning attorney with Estate Plan, Inc., and a Professor of Tax and Estate Planning at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. He has taught and practiced for over 30 years. Randy is also coauthor of the books, The Closing Wealth Transfer Window, 101 Tax Saving Ideas, and Tools and Techniques of Income Tax Planning, and co-editor of WealthCounsel Estate Planning Strategies (with Leslie Daff). Randy serves on the Editorial Boards of The Journal of Financial Planning and National Underwriter’s Tax Facts and has written over 100 articles for publications such as The Journal of Financial Planning, Taxation for Accountants, Practical Tax Strategies, and Tax Adviser. Randy earned: a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Harvard University; his JD and MBA degrees from the University of Kansas; and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Missouri - Kansas City.
