Since becoming CEO in 1997, Randy Myeroff has led Cohen &
Company to grow more than eight-fold in size and to significantly expand
service offerings. Randy’s commitment to working with people and
businesses is a key component of the firm's success. Under his
leadership, the firm grooms a solid management team and quality
financial business advisors, providing them with a platform to
excel.Clients look to Randy to share his knowledge of what it takes to
develop and run a successful business. Navigating mergers and
acquisitions, offering proven negotiation skills, tapping capital
resources, structuring ownership succession plans, and providing
strategic and family planning are all key areas of Randy’s expertise. He
often speaks at national conferences regarding firm management and
governance issues.Randy is actively involved with various industry and
not-for-profit organizations, as well as private companies. He is
currently the Chair of the AICPA’s Major Firms Group (former member of
the Governing Council and the Nominations Committee) and a member of the
advisory board of The International Accounting Group (TIAG). He also
serves on the advisory council of The Cleveland Orchestra’s Musical Arts
Association and the Greater Cleveland Partnership’s Board of Directors,
Finance Committee and Government Affairs Council, among others.Randy
received his B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College. He and his wife,
Chris, reside in Bratenahl, Ohio, and are the proud parents of three
college-age sons.
