Rance Buss serves as a Weaver LLP full time ERISA Partner over the firm's Employee Benefit Plan Audit Services group and has been involved with auditing benefit plans for more than 25 years. Every year Rance works and consults on hundreds of employee benefit plan audit engagements for a variety of plan sponsors including Fortune 500/1000 companies, privately owned companies and numerous nonprofit and governmental agencies. Rance regularly participates in the leadership activities of the AICPA's Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center and has previously served on the Center's Executive Committee.
