Rachael Jackson

Rachael is an accomplished financial professional with over fifteen years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, business shared services, financial consolidations, new system implementations and process improvements.

In her current role as Head of Global Finance Operations at Indivior, Rachael provides strategic oversight of staffing, service approach and continuous improvement focus for the finance operations and business shared services. Prior to Indivior, Rachael was the Financial Controller and Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals and a Finance Manager at Publicis Selling Solutions.

Rachael serves on the board of directors of RBP Global Holdings as well as several non-profit boards focused on local community outreach and at-risk youth advocacy.

Rachael holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Global Marketing and Management from Rutgers University. Outside of work, Rachael loves to read and travel, and enjoys coaching youth soccer.
