Peyton Bowman

For nearly two years, Peyton Bowman was the strategy, M&A, and operations leader at vertically integrated seed to manufacturing to sale cannabis holding company. They operated in the medical and recreational cannabis and broader cannabinoid industries. Currently, Peyton is the M&A Director at Sax LLP based in New York City. Sax provides Tax and Audit, Investment Bank, Wealth Management, and Business Advisory services to small and medium sized businesses and individuals across multiple industries, including cannabis. At Sax, he identifies acquisition opportunities for the firm and leads diligence and integration of mergers and acquisitions. He also designs and implements operational efficiencies in the firm. Previously in Private Equity and in the Big 4, he scaled businesses organically and through M&A, across various industries and geographies, from startups to Fortune 500 organizations. Peyton holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, a Master in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from MIT / Zaragoza Logistics Center, and a BS in Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
