Peter Weinstein CPA, CA●IFA, CBV, CFF, MBA is a Managing Director of KSV Valuations Inc. Peter has been retained to value numerous companies in a wide range of industries. Valuations have been prepared for income tax purposes, shareholder disputes, family law purposes and to advise Boards of Directors. Peter has also been retained to quantify damages in numerous litigation related mandates including breach of contract cases, investment advisor claims, commercial business losses, estate litigation matters and fraud investigations.

Peter is the author of many articles in on business valuation and damages quantification and has been quoted as an expert in this area in in newspapers and other publications.
