Peter Sales JD

Peter Sales is a partner on the Litigation team specializing in trial litigation and counseling. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial, environmental, and real estate litigation. Peter is a member of the firm’s Environmental/Real Estate Litigation team and heads the Commercial Landlord/Tenant Practice Group and Environmental/Real Estate Litigation team for the Nashville Office. He has frequently litigated real estate contracts, including disputes over easements, covenants, options, and complex commercial lease disputes. Finally, Peter also has an active practice advising clients regarding environmental regulations, superfund litigation, environmental tort claims, remediation demands, and regularly handles condemnation cases. Because of this emphasis in his practice, he works very closely with the Real Estate Practice Group and advises firm clients regarding various litigation concerns with regard to the acquisition and leasing of real property.
