Mr. Quinlivan is the Vice President and Controller of Public Broadcasting Service, a membership organization that in partnership with its member stations serves the America Public with programming and services of the highest quality. Prior to joining PBS, Mr. Quinlivan served as the Assistant Controller for National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation, a $20 billion private lender. He has also worked in the government contracting and satellite communication industries. Mr. Quinlivan is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
