Patrick is a Partner in the Strategy and Transaction Advisory Services group within Crowe LLP focusing on valuation, purchase accounting, transaction diligence and modeling, M&A life cycle advisory, financial modeling, and CECL advisory services in the financial services industry. Patrick has assisted in Crowe’s CECL, loan valuation, and financial modeling solution development including Credit360 platform development, data analytics, gap assessments, and roadmap deliverables. Patrick has consulted with several institutions as they progress in their model development, documentation, and model governance frameworks.
