Patrick Powers CPA

Pat Powers has over 25 years of audit, accounting and management consulting experience. He specializes in telecommunications, professional service and not-for-profit organizations, SEC reporting,and employee benefit plan audits. Pat joined Olsen Thielen in 1991. Pat has extensive experience in supervising audit engagements of telecommunications, wireless and CATV utilities and commercial companies, as well as audit engagements of employee benefit plans. He also provides business process improvement strategies, consults on establishing and improving internal controls, and assists public companies with Securities and Exchange (SEC) reporting requirements. He is a current member of the AICPA and the Minnesota Society of CPAs, as well as a member of the Hudson Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce. Pat earned his BA in Accounting Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter.
