Paris Powell is a Shareholder and Business Valuation Practice Leader at Perkins & Co, an accounting firm headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Paris has extensive experience providing valuation services for business succession, litigation support, mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, and estate planning purposes. She also brings over a decade of tax experience to Perkins' Transaction Advisory Services practice, as she guides business owners through M&A, business transition, and succession planning. Paris earned a seat in the fourth graduating class of the AICPA Leadership Academy, and the AICPA FVS section presented her with the Standing Ovation Award in 2016.
