Oksana Westerbeke

Oksana is a Principal in Grant Thornton’s CFO Advisory-Valuation & Modeling practice. She is also a leader of the firm’s National Complex Financial Instruments Group. Oksana has been working in finance for more than 20 years and has worked with numerous public and private clients on financial reporting, tax, and strategic planning. Oksana assists clients in identifying, quantifying, and managing risk. She specializes in the valuation of debt and embedded derivatives, earnouts, contingent assets and liabilities, privately held equity securities, performance and market condition options, and other complex financial instruments. She also assists clients in the valuation of business enterprise and intangible assets. Oksana’s primary industries of focus include life science, technology, and financial services.
